Ever see a celebrity and think you know him/her and it turns out to be a different celebrity altogether? Like how people say how much Katy Perry and Zooey Deschanel look alike? Or so many have said that Josh Duhamel, Timothy Olyphant and Ryan Seacrest could all be brothers? Back in the late 90’s there were so many comparisons between newcomers Alicia Silverstone and Reese Witherspoon that Reese, in an interview once said, jokingly “Yes, *sigh* we’re sisters.”

So now I’m going to share with you certain celebrities I either often confuse or think look quite a bit alike:

1) Monica Potter and Sarah Paulson – I confused these for a long time. I can now distinguish who’s who…sometimes

2) Kristen Stewart and Teresa Palmer – I don’t confuse these ladies but they sure do look alike

3) Amanda Peet and Allison Williams – I have to admit I still have no idea who Allison Williams is or what she’s done but every time I see her on the red carpet or in a magazine I think it’s Amanda Peet

4) Carly Pope and Cobie Smulders – I don’t know much about Cobie Smulders but I think she looks a helluva lot like Carly Pope from Popular

5) Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Susan Ward – I have only see Susan Ward in a couple of things but both times I thought I was watching Jenna Dewan-Tatum

6) Lori Heuring and Ever Carradine – Coincidentally, Susan Ward starred in The In Crowd with Lori Heuring. And while I thought I was watching Jenna Dewan sharing the screen with Ever Carradine, it was actually Susan starring alongside Lori Heuring

7) Mira Sorvino and Ashley Jones – I was watching The Mentalist a few years ago and thought it was odd that Mira Sorvino was doing a guest appearance but wasn’t listed….um, yeah, not her

8) Javier Bardem and Jeffrey Dean Morgan – Thank goodness one of these dudes has an accent

10) Lauren Ash and Megan Cavanaugh – So, Super Fun Night is a super fun show and I love it. And, although you may not agree, I think Lauren (Marika) looks like Megan Cavanaugh from A League of Their Own (also, Megan was also the animal control chick who shot Phoebe in the ass with a dart {Friends})
